Social Media Manager / Digital Marketer

Hourly Rate: £12p/h – £18p/h

Location – Essex and Environments / Worldwide (Flexibility is paramount to us)

This position is a fantastic opportunity for a digital marketer looking to make a direct impact on the future growth and success of the organization.

Your key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Assisting in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels including Email Marketing, Social Media, SEO and PPC advertising
  • Managing all social media and digital platforms (as many as could be numbered) whilst ensuring high level of online presence
  • Contributing to the creation of promotional materials, including flyers, emails, social media and website content
  • Maintaining and growing our businesses organic search presence
  • Setting up and optimising industry leading products, in line with SEO benchmarks
  • Distributing email and social campaigns in line with a marketing schedule.
  • Evaluating and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
  • Conducting market research and analysing trends to identify new marketing opportunities
  • Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of a variety of marketing campaigns
  • Implementing creative, fresh and innovative ideas to add to our marketing activity. No idea is a bad idea!
  • General support of the business through liaising with our internal teams, stakeholders and managements

Skills and experience required:

  • Proven experience in a marketing role or similar is essential
  • Understanding of SEO and track record of continuous improvement through statistics
  • A keen interest and understanding of existing and emerging social media platforms (including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Tik Tok)
  • Knowledge of health and social care or any sisters’ sector
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
  • Ability to perform well both in team settings and independently.
  • Creative thinker with excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Proficient user of Office 365, including MS Word, MS Teams and MS Excel
  • Excellent good work/life balance with ability to bring fun in to the team
