What We  do

Supported Living

Our supported living packages are one of the most popular types of service we deliver. We are able to provide various levels of support to all those who need help with daily life, including individuals with autism, brain injuries, challenging behaviours, learning disabilities and mental health conditions.

Our person-centred approach allows us to create a bespoke care plan for every individual from the start, identifying and implementing the support that’s needed to enjoy an enriching life.

Our team of skilled care staff and support workers can help each person to take steps towards a more independent lifestyle, giving them the opportunity to make choices for themselves.

The care pathways we have in place deliver respectful and caring support right from the start, enabling individuals to manage every aspect of their personal lives. This could mean providing practical and emotional support with activities of daily living, as well as training service users how to complete new tasks.

With staff who are fully DBS-checked and committed to delivering care that really counts, you can trust us to offer support services that make a difference. Our supported living, domiciliary care and community-based services offer an alternative to a lifetime of residential care, allowing individuals to reach their full potential and enjoy being part of a community.
