Every new team member completes a comprehensive induction training course, followed by annual refresher sessions. In addition, we provide ongoing specialist training to ensure our carers continue to grow and thrive in their roles.
We also have a dedicated carer support team available to offer guidance, assistance, and a listening ear whenever it’s needed—because caring for our carers is just as important as the care they provide.
